Thanks guys, still waiting for the info from LR!

I was talking the neighbour on the otherside yesterday as i found a letter from LR about the North wall on our property and aparently its a joint party responsibility with him, wish id known that earlier in the year when we rebuilt it, but saying that i knew he wouldnt have paid towards it! we had our drive redone, and the wall was a mess, so we got it rebuilt at the same time, its only a couple of ft high. Typical its the South wall thats fallen down and it's 6 ft!

Havent done yet, we had to claim for a bathroom in July, the shower leaked so badly it was heading south into our outside loo!! Then our premium went up, hubby was not amused! but to be expected i guess.
