Were not married, leaving my options open for an easy escape lol! We are buying a 3 bed house though, so at least I'll have somewhere to escape to. And after all his sleep habits he moans about me occasionally grinding my teeth! Oh and I missed out his snoring!

talking of restless legs has anyone found a remedy? my legs drive me round the bend in the evenings and at night, I'm doing more walking now because of the dog and wondered if thats contributing. However the benefits of walking outweigh the annoying legs, anyone found something that works

My husband snores but responds to a kick (or I hold his nose... )
But I am a heavy sleeper and also snore, and apparently talk in my sleep, but I actually have conversations!! So I can't complain!

Hi Ann, I get it terrible as well.
The only thing I find that helps is (unfortunately) is to get up and do leg stretches. I sometime bounce on one leg (the one that's twitching)..I know it sounds ridiculous and it's the last thing you want to do in the evenings or when in bed trying to sleep. But by really stretching and doing this for about 10 mins or so where you get to the point where it's got that slight ache (like after an aerobic or keep fit exercise) you should find it stops.

I found a really good website too. It's got a name too. It's called Willis-Ekbom Disease. I never knew all this til I found this website. It's very informative. And also has a user forum. There are so many sufferers of this...again I had no idea it was so common.

xx

My Daughter in Law had restless legs while she was pregnant, as far as I know, it has gone now.

Lol..Bev I snore too but my other half shakes the bed and it seems to shut me up.
He also says its not too bothersome.

I however hate snoring. I take ages to get off to sleep and I can hear everything and its the worst when there's some motorbike grinding right next to you..or a friggin flute whistle nose..lol

PS This is after I've messed about with me restless leg! xx

Good grief and I thought snoring alone was bad, lol.
I use a sound machine set on 'white noise' at night to partially drown him out, more or less works, but I'll probably go deaf from it...
