Darren they do hibernate naturally outdoors When they go down in the fall all I do is cover the pen so I keep out the cold rain. He was down almost 6 months.

Thanks Dan , some of mine (not horsfields ) bury down inteh garden(enclosures ) through the winter also , good to see it happens else wher also.

can I ask do you use a fridge for any hibernation attemps .
