Lovely torts, the escape attempt made me laugh! The wood chips can be very drying, why dont you try your torts with some top soil or coco coir? they like digging & walking on it & better humidity

Made me laugh too, except when he pulled down the UV tube and sat on it! I have now modified it so that its firmly fixed in place and also with the reflector installed he cant get round the back of it.
Yes I have seen on other threads about the benefit of changing the substrate. I bought some coco coir the other day and plan to change it soon.
