Default Yet another runny nose!

George, one of my males is sneezing this morning, with a runny nose. It's only 2 weeks since another male finished his antibiotics for RNS. They are in separate enclosures, but next to each other. My query is, will nebulizing George with F10, take care of his RNS? Or is it always antibiotics needed? Is this be an airborne thing? I do take care with cross contamination; cleaning hands etc, but had not thought about disinfecting my footwear All are in a heated glass greenhouse, each individual section has a tort house with tubular heater inside, and each has a basking lamp outside their house. All eat the same, florette + weeds + pre-alpin + dried suitable flowers and leaves + limestone flour and Arkvits. I've put my query in bold, the rest is just background info.
