but isnt panacur found in pet shops as well?

I cant remember where i got mine as i bought it a long time ago (must get a new one).

I prefer the paste as i dont have any trouble giving it on/in food to my horsfields as they are greedy pigs lol x

Get 2 slices of cucumber put the panacur in between and let her eat it. Check to see if she likes cucumber first though. I would not feed her until you give it to her either, just to make sure she is hungry.

I'm talking brands like bob Martin etc when I say pet shop brands.
I had a look on pets at home website as they sell it, and its sold a veterinary product and you have to fill in details about the animal it's for before purchasing, whereas ones such as doc martins you can just buy, so yes I get what you mean now x

I have put the remainder 0.25 in a wrapped up leaf and hope she will eat it tomorrow morning. I tried to syringe it but she was having non of it and it was stressing her out.
Hopefully it will still work!?

I wrapped it hidden in a pansy flower, they couldn't resist, so find a food she really loves, did your vet tell you to repeat it in two weeks? Just check, cos I was told to give it 3 times ,1 or two weeks apart. This is to get any eggs that hatch, it breaks the breading cycle.

Yes, I have to take her back in 2weeks as I said I might struggle getting the syringe in her mouth but I don't think he is going to manage either, she is really stubborn and I'm scared he hurts her trying

Still no joy getting meds into her but we will persist!
Little Yoshi was a complete angel he just opened his mouth for the syringe like a baby bird for his humongous dose of 0.06ml he now has a milk moustache. Pmsl

Try it on a bit of romaine lettuce, all mine can't resist that, that's why I give them romaine a few times a week as a treat so when it comes to oral medications I have no trouble giving it to them.

My vet can't open my horsfields mouths, she has a right struggle, they are so strong and stubborn, when I want to look in their mouths again I use romaine as bait, I hold it up just above their heads and they open wide to stretch for the delicious romaine and gives me a great view of their mouths lol x

I would get the panacur granules if I was you.. You could ask your vet what dosage to give. Its so easy to give and then just eat it xx
