did you breed the baby? if not didn't you give the 6 months or more quarantine or is it older than it looks. I must admit I to would be worried that the bigger torts might accidently hurt the tiny one.

I didn't breed her but she came from the same breeder as the others.

I did ask on another thread " keeping torts of different ages together" if I could keep Twiglet in with the other two girls and seemed to get a positive response.
Are you now suggesting they should be seperated?
I really want the best for my torties and I'm confused by the conflicting advice....

As its already in there at least keep a very close eye on it, make sure it has places to hide that only it can get in and that it gets its share of the food, babys eat slower than the big ones, and a place under the heat lamp. Maybe feed it where the other's can't reach, to be honest although in principle its ok I'd still be concerned especially if you have one thats inclined to be bossy. You also might have probs with the water dish as tiny's can easily drown in something to big/deep and the bigger torts will need a much bigger dish than the little one, plus the problem of the tiny climbing and falling off of things, my hatchlings usually ended up with nothing climeable in their table once they started to get adventurous, they'd often end up on their backs. If the baby fell on its back and couldn't right itself it might get trodden on by one of the bigger torts, they still have softer shells especially the underneath and little legs that could easily be broken.

I wouldn't risk it, that size difference looks too great to me, definitely separate them.

Unfortunately my my failure to see any danger once resulted in my tort squashing a lizard.

Before I'm accused of keeping lizards in with my ibera I better point out it was actually a native wild lizard taking advantage of her nice warm conservatory.

They are gorgeous, but the picture of in the plant pot alarmed me. I think I was once told baby torts should be within an inch scl of each other to live together. I would be worried for the little one, as I know how they like to slide off bridges etc not mention sit right on top of one another!

I do have females living together with a big size difference, which I used to worry about but minimum age is 4, dont think I would risk one this small.

I agree with Lynn and Levi, the size difference is too great, the little one could easily get squashed , I wouldn't risk it, but they are lovely looking torts
