Question Is the information on this video good on how to hibernate tortoises?

I am hoping to hibernate my four year old female horsfield this year and am quite worried if i will do it wrong. I found this video and was wanting to know if the information on this video is good advice?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aw4Vs...ayer_embedded#!

If someone could tell me if the information on this video is good it would be greatly appreciated.

It wasn't bad Just be worried that the second box didn't seem to have holes and they didn't talk about humidity in the fridge. But everything else was good.

I have seen this vid before and think it is easy to follow. I also am a first time this year of hibernation.
