Well I thought I'd update on the light. It is still working, yay!

However it is making a really weird noise??? Humming , sort of but a metal sound to it, hard to explain.

Do you think it is ok?

I have emailed arcadiajohn direct and the noise has stopped.

Just want to say what fabulous service and hep I have had from arcadia it really is second to none.

The help and offer I have have had is just superb and although I have had teething probs with this set up I am really happy with arcadia and I am not put off their products at all.

Thanks,

Row

Row, Ithink the noise could be the elements heating up expanding - I am not 100% sure but if my bulbs have started from cold they do make a whirring noise sometimes.

Reminds me of the fans fanning in Casablanca........

Generally when I have buzzing bulbs they usually blow within minutes.
That's with normal bulbs though. I have a combi bulb in one table and it did hum when I first used it but has remained fine.
