look if anyone need's help with a10's or wants to run something by me or just needs help with applying for one pm me anytime .
If someone has a tortoise they want to apply for an a10 that has never had one and your not sure pm me . I don't mind helping anyone and the pm's will be kept private .

To the best of my knowledge no you would not be in trouble it is the seller's responsibilty not yours. As long as you intend to just keep the tort I would not worry.

How can they keep a record that was not issued? Unless they are in the stoneage... if a record is issued there should be a copy. If there is not a copy someone might want to address the situation with DEFRA. It is up to us/you to help them with a system that will allow... you... to keep species of special concern in the UK.

Ed they keep record of A10 number and microchip number,I used the micro chip number ONLY to get my new A10 for the male hermann,Which i sold to a member of this forum.

how could they have a system using names , the owners change the a10 numbers don't , its hardly rocket science !!
