I loved Top Gear, though I do recognise Mr Clarkson sailed close to the wind at times..... But then you had to take all he said for effect rather than confrontational..... I often refer to stormy cloudy skies as 'top gear' skies x x x. Hugs x x

we always watched it although I didn't always like what he said but like many others who only have 'normal' tv the numbers who can watch will drop, he ruined it for everyone not only himself and the others. I'm old fashioned in that as I already pay for a tv lisence I'd never consider or could afford to pay to watch anything else if I did it would be the sports channel as many of the things we like to watch are'nt shown, plus we still have an old tv and I wouldn't want to watch a programme on my small laptop screen.

Loved watching top gear but I'm not going to pay to watch it now what with a tv licence and paying for sky I think they have made the wrong choice.

I like top gear but I won't be paying to watch it. I have lost faith in the bbc anyway after their disgusting coverage of the referendum. To be honest top gear was the only show they had worth watching. It's time the licence fee was done away with.

Jeramy is getting to big for his boots, you can sail close to the wind. But what he did was wrong.

Not having a go but I never believe anything the media say none of us were there to witness what was said or how the so say punch was thrown and how do we not know if he was set up just so they had an excuse to get rid of him either way I think the BBC made a huge huge mistake.
