I can just see it now, in every window of dans house there being these tubs full of chicory lol

Dan excellent soon as you see young white roots appear they can be planted in a soil substrate ,

Chicory is a seasonal plant it dies off in the winter months and re-grows in the spring right through to the first frosts.

Sarah we can buy Chicory here in the UK but not as lush as Dans prime example .

You can get chicory seeds and grow your own

Sarah seeds can be bought same as all seeds from internet , garden centres , the plant its sell is also called many names as there are several domesic forms used in salad mixes , radicchio, endives are also chicory,
