Default worming

hi how oftern do you have to worm your tortoise as i have never been told about it untill i read it on one of the forums
even though ive had sherman for 3 years im still finding out so much since i joind this group

some people worm routinely once or twice a year

others only worm after a faecal test shows worms

pumpkin is supposed to be a natural wormer so if you can get hold of some of the flesh, I gave mine some last year but don't know whether it works but it can't do any harm and worth a try, its the right time of year.
