Thanks, she is much improved, I don't think I would do the flushing again, because it's quite difficult to do, and the nebulising is easy and effective .

I use it for everything aswell but I'm sat thinking would it be any good for man flu I'm so bunged up not slept for two days it's all literally in my head ear ache head ache eyes sore and rns big time might try the nebuliser tomorrow.

Lol funny you should say that, my hubby is feeling similarly bad, and I did offer to nebulise him with F10 😂

Sorry to hear you are unwell, just as weather improving and hoping winter is over.

My dad used to swear by menthol in boiling water in a bowl, head over the top covered with a towel so that all the steam could be inhaled. So, just like a gentle flushing or more like a home made nebulised,

I must say I prefer Karvol (?) capsules - couldn't stand the heat!
