Trip to Hamm next september
Hi,
After having the ok from kelly and all the SW team im organising a trip to Hamm next september detail's as follow's; leaving the uk on thursday 8th september , spending all day friday around germany, friday night in a 5 star hotel including breakfast, saturday Hamm show cost includes no quee tickets so we wont be joining the 1/4 mile quee , we will go straight in as soon as it opens ,return to the uk saturday night 10th september ( travel is through the tunnel no ferries )cost coach and tickets for show is around £110 per person, hotel is £120 for a tripple room or £90 for a single, please remember this is a 5 star hotel !!!, so for eg; if there are 3 of you the total will be £450 all in ,single £210. the company im dealing with can take up to 270 people, whilst im not expecting that many i hope we will have a good turn out, i need to know how many are interested because the hotels get booked up months ahead because of the show so really need to know within the next month, if your interested i will need a deposit of £50 per person paid to me before end of november 2010 and the balance by the end of march 2011 at the latest . any questions please ask ,forgot to add there will be 2 drivers on this trip, there is also a zoo for those interested maybe for the friday Last edited by NATURALIS; 01-09-2010 at 11:15 AM. |

its no trouble they all come with a10's if needed , there brought through on the coach , customs have no problem with them as long as you have the a10's from the seller

yes as far as i know the coach will be through the night , the normal trip is drive through the night on friday go straight to the show then drive back , i plus others thought it would be nice to stop over so we at less get a good nights sleep before the show , it will be a long weekend but hopefully worth it for everyone, plus this way we get an extra full day in germany as well.
