Is Missy a Mister?

Here is Missy's plastron / tail shot for you all to give your view on if Missy should infact be a Mister.

Missy (for now) is 18months old and roughly 3-4 inches shell carapace length. She fits lovely into my palm. I was told that Missy was female due to the 'V' at the bottom of the plastron being female and a widened 'U' being male. Not sure how true this is. As you can see by this photo she is the length of my 4 fingers...so pretty small still.
