How I filled my time
while the forum was down. I decided I needed to learn how to crochet so I did an online course and here's what I made.
My first Item. Just finished these today, started them yesterday. Also finished this today. And some knitting. Not got the buttons on this yet.

You have been busy! Great crochet for your first time Wendy. Not that I'm an expert as I can't crochet. I expect you'll enjoy it through the autumn evenings.

You have made some great baby clothes.
I prefer to crochet as it grows faster, although it's a long time since I did some.

Thanks. I really enjoy it. It's quicker than knitting as you say Sandy. I can make a whole garment in 2 days whereas knitting would take a week or more.

Really lovely Wendy, and very clever, I can't tell the difference between knitting and crochet.
