Abbie, good point, I would say usually if leaves are ok then flowers are too as they would be in the ground and won't have a little sign on to say to the tortoise eat leaves but not flowers ! however I don't know for sure. I think your tortoise would dictate whether they ate it or not. Im not sure I would try easter cactus or bromeliad with my lot but if the web site is saying ok then don't see why not.
