Hi all, it was the worst possible outcome I'm afraid. The vet operated for over 2 hours, the colon had prolapsed but there was internal damage to the uretha, bladder and ovary ducts. He had no choice but to put her to sleep. I'm devastated at the loss and also worried that it may happen again with my others. I have truly never seen anything so horrible. Poor Ruby
