Suze's carrot cake sounds amazing!!! I found I'm not too shabby at making chocolate Guinness cake with cream cheese icing, which is pretty tasty! And also can't say no to a slice of warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream mm mmm!
I love baking, although I must admit I enjoy the making more than the eating and seeing as there's only 2 of us in my house, we end up with tins and plates of cake all over the place when I've had a baking binge!
