Little bit of a beak through

My tortoises beak is getting a little long and i dont feel comfortable clipping it yet. Ive tried big cuttlefish, small ones, weathered ones, ones run under the tap, ive even tried serving her food...

Greetings, i was under the impression she was a Hermann's, that's what i was told when she was given to me. The more i look into it the more i question this, she has no spike on her tail. Thanks ;)
