Bad tort! oy vey

Cudweed toxic?
In the Southern US we call the weed Rabbit Tobaccoo, but it is also known as Cudweed, Purple Cudweed, and in the UK Marsh Cudweed.
Is it Toxic? i cant find anything that gives a deffinate answer....
