I agree with Linda on the whole shut up phrase...
I agree with Linda on the whole shut up phrase and we also go about it in the same way praising those who are quiet has much more effect than shouting shut up as then the rest also want your praise....

update
both meetings between the dogs went well and home visit has just been passed, so pick him up tomorrow, then the real test will be if our dog accepts him into her home, fingers crossed.
