Shell rot...
 

I think my sisters tort has got abit of shell rot on her plastron ... what causes it? an how do i stop/treat it? ill upload some pics if i get chance later..

It's usually fungal. So you'd need an anti-fungal treatment like tamodine or an athletes foot cream.
