trying to buy pre alpin
Hello
I'm trying to buy the 1kg of prealpin herbs for £8.99 with free postage. Selecting any option on the delivery field adds £5.95 to the total. I have tried selecting all the delivery method options and none of them work out as free. What am I doing wrong? thanks |
Hello you need to use the first postage option which is £0.00. If this does not work email me shelledwarriorsshop@yahoo.co.uk

Sent a pm as I still can't make it work!

Just worked fine for me :)

Danny, exactly which delivery option did you select?
I can't make any of them come out as zero |
If you select UK Royal Mail 1st Class, it shows the delivery charge as £0.00 and the total as £8.99. :)

[QUOTE=emma_mcraf;650422]If you select UK Royal Mail 1st Class, it shows the delivery charge as £0.00 and the total as £8.
Emma is that RM First class select the lowest of those below or RM mail First class dry goods? Selecting the first option results in a refusal at the checkout on the basis of haivng not selected a delivery method Selecting the second option (dry goods) results in £5.95 being added. I don't think Emma or Danny have actually tried to purchase this product - they have just done the first couple of clicks of the process. |
I've gone as far as selecting the payment method and everything remained priced at £8.99.
I selected Royal Mail first class (please choose the cheapest postage option from below) not dry goods. If you just click on the first of the delivery options it puts a little blue tick beside it and then you can continue to checkout. I'm not sure why it's not working for you. |
Yay! ! Success.
Thanks Emma for making me persist at it. I think what I did wrong was that I didn't tick the two boxes confirming that I understood the information about the shop's ways of sending things. OK I admit it, I'm a numpty. For anyone not familiar with the scots vernacular check out this definition: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Numpty |

I didn't realise numpty is a Scottish term. I call my sons numpties all the time! Interestingly, all three of them have Scottish names, despite us having no Scottish links, so the term is perfect for them; always taken in good humour and said in fun. I shall be even more inclined to call them numpties now! ;) |
