Nekton MSA - Do I need Limestone Flour Too?
 

I have a bottle of Nekton-MSA and I also have limestone flour. My tortoise is 2 years old and I have read that at that age they should be given Nekton MSA or similar supplement every day. But, other website say to give Nekton MSA one day and limestone flour the next. Does Nekton MSA alone contain enough calcium for everyday use?

I have used this for a few years now , i feed it 3 times a week and flour 2 days , i also have flour in the table and cuttlefish bone .
