I think they're really turtles?
So we got them inside for their bath....
http://jambophoto.co.uk/images/store...e/img_2939.jpg Once released back into the open, Fiorano has decided do go for a paddle, and a further shower   http://jambophoto.co.uk/images/store...e/img_2962.jpg http://jambophoto.co.uk/images/store...e/img_2966.jpg http://jambophoto.co.uk/images/store...e/img_2967.jpg http://jambophoto.co.uk/images/store...e/img_2969.jpg This was whilst Valentino was about to commence additional excavation in the hide I built for them :D http://jambophoto.co.uk/images/store...e/img_2965.jpg It is strangely therapeutic watching them scamper around  |

Yes you'd be surprised the hours you can loose just watching their antics! |
Lovely torts and I love the water feature!
|
wow great photos, and love the water feature thats great :-)
|
Amazing! Is it photo shopped? If not, thats an amazing camera :p
|
Lol, not photoshopped! Though it is a good camera (even if i say so myself :D).
Quite chuffed with the water feature, it is a "large" feeding dish from the sw shop, buried in a mound of slate, with a small outdoor pump (from hong kong £3.95 delivered! ), the pipe is then fed up the back and hidden under another slate block. I adjusted the flow rate to just clear the lip of the shelf :) The down side is that if the pump intake blocks up, the flow drops, and the water just empties out of the bowl :( |
Your waterfall feature is such a great idea. And your torts look fantastic too!
|
Great pictures! Love the water feature what a great idea
