I don't want to complain, but I don't do heat......I am just in from work, having walked some year 6 children to a secondary school for a transition visit. I could have sworn it was just down the road but today it seemed like I was walking across the Sahara desert!!!!
Arrived home in a lovely thunderstorm, but it has stopped now. Going to bathe Georgia and water my torts too!!! 38 degrees when I left school...... X x xx. Hugs x x x |

My body hates the heat although I would love to like it, my diabetes goes haywire and I overheat, it doesn't matter what I do, its horrible I feel sick, dizzy, don't want to eat or drink although I know I have to, I can't do my cleaning job so I do hope it eases a bit soon. Its 85f in all of our flat I miss a downstairs

I don't like it sadly...I like warm, sunny with a breeze but not stifling, sweaty, humid hot like this. xx

I just wish the humidity wasn't so high, no sooner are you dry after a shower, put one article of clothing on, then your wet again.
We go to Egypt twice a year, the temps are like this but there is little or no humidity, so much nicer. Marg.

Now see I don't get sweaty, never have. My skin always feels cool to the touch, even now.
