Default Tortoise not eating

Hi All
I have had my two new torts for about four weeks now and one of them still hasn't eaten I knew it could take them a while to get their appetite back but i am starting to worry now. They are worm free bathed regularly and i copied the diet that the previous owner fed to them and even tried tomato, raspberry and cucumber flesh but Lenny still won't eat. Any ideas to coax him to have a nibble greatly received

What kind of tortoises? How big are they? What was the source of the tortoises? Worms are not the main worry... protozoa are.

What are the temperatures that they have access to?
