Cool Mini greenhouse at ikea

Any ideas on this?

It's less than £10 and would be a good little hide to keep them warm if you remove a panel to make a door. Presumably it would block the UV so not ideal, but you can lift the lid to let the sunshine through.

It's only little but I thought I might put two together to make a house shape, and cover and insulate the second one to give them a cool shadey house, with a conservatory/sunroom!!

Good idea or waste of time?

I think it's due to open in this month, about the 19th or something, but be warned Jackie, it's going to be mayhem!! It's on West Quay Road. I'll let you know if I find out the date hun

I love Ikea, hubby doesn't . I can spend hours going around there and then have a spot of lunch. Its a day out for me, see I don't ask for much in life, and also little things please little minds

Chips and ice cream and as much as you can drink for about £1.30, that's what I like most about IKEA

That's not in the cafe BTW, that's the takeaway bit

If you varnished or protected the wood somehow, then stood it on bricks or the like. It would be ok for raising seeds etc. The same would apply if you used it for outside housing for small tortoise/s.
