I'll let yall know how it goes. It blows my mind how small the turtle is and how small the egg is. It is a common musk.

I've got some Chaco eggs that are close to 9 months in incubation... I'm hoping but don't think anything will come of them. I've had Egyptian eggs hatch that looked worse.

Last year I had an G.Ibera egg that hadn't hatched when the next clutch were due to hatch. Thought it was dud, so made small hole and there was a live baby inside, still not ready to hatch. That was at least 3-4 weeks overdue! I let it take its time and it came out and is fine, bit smaller but absolutly OK. Would you say that was diapause? Certainly nothing like yours though! That's amazing.
