The questions:
Sex, species Id please.
Can torts be hermaphrodites?
And will the hole get bigger like an ear stretcher?
She has had a neon string and Jackie is calling her holey

Yes hermaphrodites are possible in tortoises

Nope the hole won't get any bigger

On first looking I thought Horsfield, but then saw the plastron and thought Herman. I have seen completely buttery yellow Hermans , they do exist, so I think this is one of them.
