Default Mint leaves?

I have alot of Mint growing in the garden, Smells wonderful! Is it okay to leave it growing as it is, or do I need to section this off from my little one?

Is it at all toxic, or is he okay to have a nibble?

Mint is a Lamium( nettle family ) and is safe to leave but its pungent flavour will often be ignored

As Darren has said..mint is fine in an ensloure and would be safe to use for a shelter - it probably wont get eaten either
