Default Thinking of a star.....

I currently have two 10 year old Horsfields and a 4ft corn snake.

I'm now thinking of getting a star...they're fantastic looking torts.

There is..(as usual) lots of conflicting advice and I would really appreciate your words of wisdom here concerning humidity, housing etc. Viv or table? Spray or not to spray? Common pitfalls?
I would need a table to have a bulb cage and strong mesh lid

And any recommendations of breeders please.
I'll continue to look through the forum also
