Weeds like poor soil, they don't like good rich soil, so top soil is ideal .

I have just emptied my greenhouse and thrown plants away. All soil that they were growing in has been saved and I plant the weed seeds in that.
Topsoil should be fine as long as you do not add any fertilizer as they do not like it. Keep going as they will grow.

Topsoil with calcium powder and nutrobal mixed in.
I also use tortoises old uv tube to help them grow. If the police ever raided us it would be a funny sight. Bags full of White powder and uv tubes growing weeds. |

Try the prorep seeds.
I didn't have much luck from the others I bought online but the prorep ones are pretty good. |
