Healthy diet? I have been led to believe that a good few things on this list are not good..

lol you should always consider all info, then make your own mind up, there are a lot of "facts" floating around that i think are pure rubbish with nothing to back them up,

even in our own health issues things change from year to year, with fear mongers spouting all sorts of rubbish, but do you listen and take on board all of it
