In terms of uvb lamps, there are your combined uv and heat lamps such as the arcadia D3 100watt which as far as I know is reliable and not expensive to buy or use. There is also the MegaRay Raptor; similar and costs about the same. Both are available in 100 watts and 160 watts. The more powerful lamps work better in my opinion unless your table is really quite small in which case the 100 watt one will do it.
In my set-up neither of these lamps produces quite enough heat relative to the UVB output...in other keepers' set-ups these lamps do provide enough heat. I like to have halogen lighting as well for extra heat and light. There are also good and reliable uvb tubes and with these you always need additional heat. A lot of them don't produce very much uvb but some of the latest ones do. I personally find these all products to be reliable at the moment. The combined lamps got a bad name by being sometimes rubbish, but the quality, price and consistency of them has improved a lot in the past 2 years.

Thanks for all the comments yesterday, some more rounded than others
I'm considering the combined bulb route. A couple of questions about the Arcadia D3 combined bulb: 1 - Is it just a standard (E27) Edison Screw fitting? The webistes Ive seen it on don't specifically say it is - although I can see on the picture it is a screw fitting at least 2 - Will it be ok with Komodo Black Dome Clamp Lamp Fixture 14cm which I already ordered yesterday Thanks

I think the Komodo Black Dome is suitable for lamps up to 150 watts. If that's right then it would be fine.
Its a standard E27 fitting but like Chris says you need a ceramic one. Kommodo make a ceramic holder with no shade which is a lot cheaper and is suitable although a lot of keepers like a shade on it.

TBH I need two ceramic holders anyway as I need another one for a night time heat source.
