What Supermarket foods are safe and easy to find for our torts?
I know Florettes salad, Romaine lettuce, big leaf Watercress, and Rocket are ok
Not sure about about organic Carrot tops, and I know cabbage family stuff is no good along with peas sweetcorn and most fruit

Any input is appreciated!!!
Dark greens like the spring Cabbage, Kale that's in supermarkets now can be fed occasionly, as a get me by. These are used along with pelleted diet's in part's of America and Zoo's. The Darker the leaf the higher the vit C, plus the fibre content. The Oxalic content is high, but this is also included in most dark green leaf weeds.

Curly Kale in moderation and a little pak choi is ok I believe.

Hope your snow thaws a little Al, we have only got 3 inches here in Lincs.

I read a post the other day where someone said it comes out the other end the same size as it goes in, all in one piece so I do wonder if it's even being digested at all

Mine don't like the pinkish pellets in the komodo fruit and flower they pick out the pale ones so I won't buy them again, they like the cucumber/dandelion ones though, I'm not sure if its the colour or the taste, just as well I brought small amounts from ebay.
