Have you looked at other peoples setups for Pancakes? There was a good simple one posted recently that is inexpensive to put together and is ideal for pancakes.

That's the important point. They like to climb and they are obviously designed to wedge into rocks which seems to make them most comfortable.

thanks for posting pics, it looks lovely! looking forward to seeing the rockery extension too! i got loads of free samples of limestone, sandstone, slate etc from flooring websites, some were quite big! Also i've seen on here that homebase and places like that will give free slabs and things that have been broken so that might be worth a try too.
I can see already that mine love to climb, whenever they come out they are on top of something! They also seem to like digging down into the soil which i didn't expect, so i have a few deeper areas where they can dig under slabs and things to get a tight fit. Louise x
