"I never said anything about them not needing UVB, I am quite aware that they need this. I am not a tortoise keeper, nor seller, I am simply offering a starter vivarium that is supplied to us by a reptile company. To be quite honest, and meaning no disrespect to you, I can't honestly see the point of you getting in touch, as you have no intention of buying the item and I do not keep tortoises, so I'm not mistreating any. If you have a problem with the items that are included in the set up then I would advise you to take the problem up with the John Coote's company, not me. I understand that you may not think the item is adequate, but anyone looking into keeping tortoises will have done their research, so will make their own desision. Regards, in2fishtoday."

how do we contact this john cootes?? i am in the right mood today to contact someone doing wrong and give them a piece if my ind, i am also going to email this seller.

This is the set up that the pet shop owner wanted to sell me

I didn't think it was a bad price but I am so glad I NEVER bought it and also that I NEVER bought his tortoises!
But to people who haven't done their research they will probably think it is a good buy
