Some have said, talking about North American Box Turtles to the Three Counties Tortoise Group is like: "Taking Coal to Newcastle". Perhaps, it should be "Coleman to Tewkesbury"!
The opportunity to meet and see the UK's leading North American Box Turtle breeders, with some of their captive bred babies is a real treat:
Location of Talk:
Village Hall
Fleet Lane
Twyning
TEWKESBURY

Paul - perhaps you should have been a comedian!

Possibly not, stick to Chelonia......an excellent speaker who knows so much and is always more than willing to share his knowledge, help and advice

I attended this talk yesterday. Very interesting with great illustrations. It was good to find out more about these beautiful turtles & to actually see some "in the flesh", (a hand cleaning solution, similar to that seen in most national health hospitals was on hand for those members whomb handled the delightful Box Turtles) I really enjoyed the day, thank you!

Pleased to see that the Hand sterilizing solution was mentioned. Of course, as Three counties Tortoise group, do comply with the guidelines suggested by Kevin Eatwell.
