Mega ray
Hi guys
Looking for a reliable seller of mega ray bulbs, have had a lot of problems with current seller in terms of delays in processing and dispatching, was told initally 5 days this has now turned into 12 days and counting! not to bad you might say but when using a supplier who gets my custom and hard earned cash I like to know you get dealt with quicker than that. any dealers please pm me |

Hi Neil there are problems with getting one of those that works well at the moment. I ordered a 160Watt as those were thought to be better than the 120Watt but the one that turned up was very poor indeed and I had to send it back.
A lot of us on here are fed up with the whole thing. The company that supplies a lot of them is the UK agent for MegaRay and I don't know if you would get better service from another supplier at the present time.

I think if I had to get one right now I would probably go for the cheap option of Solarglo and replace at 6 months and hopefully by then the mega rays will have got their act together. I've had 2 of the Solarglos and they have been no worse than the mega rays

I had been waiting since beginning of Feb for this one, I sent roughly 30 emails asking about this bulb. Was a nightmare! This bulb seems ok but then so did the others, which then started to play up. Email him if your waiting. If this one goes then I wont be staying with MegaRay! Good luck with your bulb
