Before and After pictures of me
I have been lookign at before and after pictures of me on facebook
Thought i would share I have nearly lost 4 stone, 2lb to go Started my diet 1/1/09 I feel fab. From a size 18 to size 8-10 before i would not go out clubbing as i was too big, but now im out all the time!!! I have lost a stone and a half since the Shelled warriors Meet Here are the pics dont laugh Before  Piled on another stone after this pic  Sorry ade  AFTER: Taken friday just gone  My friend hen night in birmingham   me and my lovely husband (lowe)  Couple weeks back  Family pic

wow you look fab ,very well done
I lost 2 stone in the last year but I am not doing well since I left slimming world,I am finding it hard to stick to,I need some encouragement

Thanks all, i am enjoying being this size and ive just got to maintain it.
I go to weight watchers every week still, its free now as i have hit my goal weight. Then after the weigh in i go for a chinese as a reward.
