I read that post in work Al...nearly spat my coffee out!
My work colleagues were giving me funny looks as I chuckled to myself, whilst wiping my dribble..... |

I remember once I was looking at tins of Salmon and I heard someone nearby ask what was the difference between wild and farmed and I couldn't resist saying it was wild because it had been teased, I did get some funny looks though

I have learned not to make jokes in chinese takeaways. One winter it was freezing and the power had been off for about 5 days (must've been 2001 I think) and the snow was like 300 feet deep. It was the middle of January and the chinese lass behind the counter was pointing out to me how terrible the weather was and that they had not been able to open for days. I said, aye it's terrible, anyone would think it was the middle of winter with all this snow and ice . she didn't get it, she said it is the middle of winter is it not? I said yes but I was.. eh.. oh yes so it is the middle of winter BTW, the mushroom soup smells good but is crap really Last edited by Alan1; 28-08-2010 at 07:12 PM. |
