Aldabra: advice to avoid frauds

Hi all, I would like to import aldabra torts to Taiwan. I have communicate with a company located in Seychelles breeding baby aldabra and sell them all worldwide. I wonder could you please advise me on what proof, confirmation, licences etc I should ask to see before any payment is made.

I have researched all I can to try to satisfy myself that it is a genuine supplier and I can't find anything to suggest. I just want to be careful.

Can anyone help or advise please as I don't need to speculate as to whether it is genuine or a scam because as I said, I don't think it is- I just need to be able to confirm the status somehow but am unsure as to how to do this!!
