Default Anyone changed this year.

Might be in the wrong section but a good Mod will put it right .
Mostly for the Tort keeper's who have had them for a couple year's or three or so. Have you changed anything this year from previous year's, like diet, lighting/heating housing, ect. That has seemed benificial to you and or Tortoise. Just a bit of light reading and maybe something to pick at.

Mine is Herman's enclosure slightly extended by 2.5 sq metre's and planted up with an extra retreat hut.
Also all tort's have had less bathing/cut down as alway's outside and access to large water dishes and rain. Not much realy.

I have changed all but 1 enclosure to the Arcadia D3 uv heat bulbs Am very pleased with them I have also started feeding the pre-alpin which I can't rate highly enough, lucky for me most of my torts just love it I also worked very hard all Spring and sourced many plants that my torts had never eaten before, so am feeding a massive varied diet. Have put a few of my guys into bigger tables as well

My spurs have spent there first year outside, have cut down on Bathing due to rain and water dishes, varied diet, also change a few of my substrate from soil to chipsi in my leopards, no more runny noses, gonna try the orchard bark now, weather has made a difference I feel
