Quickly need a new timer switch thing any suggestions!!?
So about a year ago I bought these:
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...xt%3ETIMER.htm however one by one they became dodgy and wouldnt work, and each week it resets which is really annoying Now my last remaining half working timer has broken, so I need a replacement asap (else his lights wont get switched on whilst im at school) Any suggestions for a reliable one that preferably is quite accurate so doesnt lose much time (i.e wont end up coming on at 11 instead of 10) Thanks, any help greatly appreciated and I don't need a pack of 3, 1 or more will do!!

I've always had difficulty getting elecrical timers to work, mabe I've been unlucky. Anyway, now I get the manual timers from Asda (you can get them at other places like Wilkinson too for around a fiver) and they don't lose time because it's a simple mechanism that drives it.

I bought a manual one from Tesco for a pound the other day. Don't know how reliable it is yet but one I bought years ago from somewhere else still works.

Thanks every one
I mentioned to my dad about the rubbish timers I had and he picked up a new one for me It's been running for just under 2 weeks now and I'm really pleased with it It does its job well and even copes with the change of times I want the light on and off at the weekends, plus it hasn't reset atall like the other one used to do in the middle of the night, and its not to pricey at £4.99 http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=97806
