Question Health Check

Hi can anyone tell me a few things that i should check daily with my tortoise e.g. bright eyes, if the shell is soft and could you tell me the procedures for checking these. Till now i normally check that urates are coming out with pee, she has bright eyes and i tap her shell lightly to check for a soft shell.

I check the eyes and check they are bright and clear, the nasal holes that they are round and clear (i also hold them near my face and you can feel the air coming out of the nose ) i check their legs, skin and nails, and look closely at their shells for any cracks etc and also gently press their plastron for hardness, i do this quite often and it gets them used to being handled by me x
