Default Sparkling Eggs

These seemed to be more sparkly than usual. Looks like Fairy Dust sprinkled all over them! Anybody else find this with their eggs?

Yes I've found that quite often. It was also mostly with Spur-thighs.

You are right, it is the Spur Thighs!
Obviously ours are the only ones, or there would have been more replies?
Any ideas on what happens? Must be something in the calcium. Do you know anyone who has researched the minerals of the shell?

Interesting. Do you think they were over calcified and did they all hatch?
The fact is my Ibera's batch were only just 20 days from the previous, so they didn't really have time to be over calcified.

I never had much trouble with sparkly eggs hatching.
