I tend to let mine go to seed, and in the late Summer give it a trim, and it comes up again next year. Its always good for a stand by plant. I feed mine as and when, the flowers are not around long enough to cause any problems to tortoises.

He's had a munch this morning....particularly the flowers!
So I think it's a winner - I could do with variety. My garden doesn't have that much so this is a welcome addition! Thanks Sandy xx |
